cAirify.ai provides a family care coordination platform that helps users organize caregiving tasks, track expenses, store documents, communicate with care circle members, and access AI-guided support through our care guide, cAirn. The platform is available via web browser and mobile applications.
2. Account Registration
To use cAirify.ai, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use cAirify.ai only for lawful purposes related to caregiving coordination. You may not:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Upload content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without our written permission
4. AI Care Guide Disclaimer
cAirn, our AI care guide, provides general informational guidance about caregiving topics, government programs, and care coordination. cAirn does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions. We are not responsible for actions taken based on cAirn's responses.
AI responses may contain inaccuracies. Information about government programs, eligibility criteria, and regulations is provided for reference purposes and may not reflect the most current policies. Always verify with official sources.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to cAirify.ai, including care updates, documents, photos, and messages. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content to members of your care circle as directed by you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that it does not violate the privacy rights of others. When entering information about care recipients, you represent that you have the authority or consent to share that information.
6. Fees and Billing
cAirify.ai offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Privacy
Your use of cAirify.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cAirify.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or our platform. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of cAirify.ai after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
